Schwimmbrille&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ablauf<\/strong><br>Wir beginnen in den ersten Stunden mit Wassergew\u00f6hnung und steigern uns dann langsam zum Tauchen, Springen und Gleiten. Danach gehen wir in die Beinbewegung \u00fcber, wenn diese sitzt, beginnen wir mit der Armbewegung. Ungef\u00e4hr ab der sechsten bis siebten Stunde werden wir dann versuchen, immer mehr Bahnen zu schwimmen. Ich werde dabei den Kindern Luft aus Ihren Schloris lassen, bis sie irgendwann alleine schwimmen. Ich bitte Sie von Ihren Kindern nicht zu viel zu erwarten, manche Kinder sind einfach noch nicht soweit und sind mit Arm- und Beinbewegung \u00fcberfordert. Unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen Sie Ihr Kind, wenn Sie regelm\u00e4\u00dfig mit Ihm auch w\u00e4hrend dem Kurs \u00fcben gehen. Aber bitte NIEMALS ohne Schwimmhilfe ins Tiefe Becken.<br><u>Schloris<\/u> sind unsere Schwimmhilfe, es sind zwei Kissen aus Baumwolle, die mit Luft gef\u00fcllt werden (Erkl\u00e4rung in der ersten Stunde).
